Q. How much will my photographs cost? A. This depends on what you want to spend. We can produce individual prints, albums or create a beautiful piece of artwork for your wall. Our products start from £45 upwards. Please see our price list and special offers on the website.
Q. If I cancel my studio/viewing appointment due to illness and I am unable to give 48 hours notice, will I still lose my Booking Deposit? A. Unfortunately the policy regarding giving 48 hours notice of any cancellations applies to all bookings regardless of circumstances/individual reasons.
Q. What do I need to bring to my Makeover session? A. Please bring a minimum of your favourite outfits, plus jewelry, and accessories.
Q. If I have a two for one offer for a Makeover, do I need to pay a booking deposit per person? A. Yes, Your appointments will be individual time slots, therefore a booking deposit is required for each person booked. If your appointment is for a Family, one £20 fee is charged for the session, regardless of the amount of Family members attending.
Q. Can I bring friends and Family members to my viewing appointment? A. Yes, please bring your Friends and Family, however it is advisable not to bring children as they can become bored easily and distract you from your viewing.
Q. How long will my Studio/ Viewing appointment take? A. Family, Pet and Child Studio sessions will take between half an hour to an hour. Makeover & Photoshoot sessions will take 2 hours. Your Viewing appointment will take up to an hour.
Q. Can I view my photographs on the same day? A. Providing you give us plenty of notice,and subject to availability we can book a viewing appointment immediately after your Family photoshoot session. However we do advise that you come back to the studio to view if you have had a Makeover & Photoshoot, Pet session or Child session.
Q. Do we keep the photographs on file? A. Yes we keep your photographs on file, so that you can purchase at a later date, however the special offers available in your viewing will not apply.
Q. Are there parking facilities at the Studio? A. Yes, There are free spaces immediately at the front of the building, there is also 3 pay and display carparks on Stockwell Head.
Q. What payment types do you accept? A. We accept Cash payment, cheques and all credit cards, except American Express. We will require a 20% deposit to place your order, and payment can be made on collection. We also offer a 6 month interest free payment plan on orders, providing you have a valid debit/credit card.
